If you are a registered user you can now add blog entries. Find 'Blog entry' under 'Create content' and write what you'd like. There's a few guidelines you should see when you go to post your blog.
Also, the 'Question & Answer' section under 'Interactive' should be functional now. Thanks for bringing it to my attention that it was not working.
