Relapse.
I've kinda gone into a relapse.. I was SI free for a long time, but suddenly I just couldn't do it anymore. The week or so I've cut/burned almost everyday. Yesterday was SI free, thankfully, and it's not because I didn't have a reason to, it was tough. So effing tough. I've been keeping a journal/log type thing. I write in it everyday before I go to bed, log how many times I've cut/burned each day, as well as what triggers it. I recommend everyone at least make a list of what triggers them. At least that way you can have somewhat of a control over it.
I've been writing a lot. It's what I do. Songs mostly. Poems and stories and such as well. It's how I manage...

1 year () (Permalink)The journal is a great idea, especially the triggers. I have been SI free for a few months now, but if I do relapse, I am definitely going to keep that advice in mind. The writing songs and poems and stories ( :) ) will definitely help, I can attest to that.
