From now into eternity you will remain short. Because of you now my stomach is scarred. You have become one more weapon, one I cannot easily rid myself of. You will not hurt me again, because my stomach is one place I would like to keep clean.

Worst habit

Do you scratch yourself to SI?...I noticed I've developed the nervous habit of scratching.hard. I've broken skin more than a few times and I've been trimming my nails short too.. It suxx. It's like the worst habit.

At first it wasn't with the intent to SI, my nails just sorta found their way into my skin when I was feeling anxious. Sometimes I didn't realize I was doing it until I saw my red skin. Now, however, it is with the intent to SI. I agree with you, it is a horrible habit. But at least now you trim your nails :) It will probably take much time and reinforcement, I hope you give yourself the time, because otherwise it will become one more way to SI :/
