the recurrence
First i would like to say that im a 22 yr old male in the armed forces not going to say which one for my privacy reasons. I have been cutting since i was between 12-14 i really dont remember when. But it is my SI is not a full time thing it comes and goes. When things are going good it doesnt show up but when things go down hill it shows its ugly face and doesnt stop till i end up in the hospital then i go threw therapy for awhile it leaves and then im good for sometime but i relapse and the evil wheels rotates again. So im asking how do i get the evil wheel to stop rotating forgodsacks im career and life depends on it.

Break the cycle.

Its all cycles, I am guessing that this is quite the habit if you know the cycle so well ?
Break the cycle. If you really do not want it there then you will have to try. No matter how it hurts.
But If you are not ready , or have convinced yourself that you are not then this will be difficult.
Just remember that the mind is a powerful , but also very weak thing. Understanding how your own mind works is key.
But I have faith in you, I wish you the best, and thank you so much for your service.
