Break the cycle.

Everybody has their own 'wheel' Some are bigger, some smaller.

Its all cycles, I am guessing that this is quite the habit if you know the cycle so well ?

Break the cycle. If you really do not want it there then you will have to try. No matter how it hurts.

But If you are not ready , or have convinced yourself that you are not then this will be difficult.

Just remember that the mind is a powerful , but also very weak thing. Understanding how your own mind works is key.

But I have faith in you, I wish you the best, and thank you so much for your service.
