All I Ever See

Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly version

The stinging in my wrist
The blood running down my arms
I love the way it feels
I love the way it harms

It takes away the heartache
It stitches up the shards
That exist withing my soul
That makes this life so hard

Can't you see the scars?
The ones that plague my skin
They can be so deep
They can be so thin

But each releases my sorrows
Every cut so deep
Even if they are hidden
They are all I ever see
