This checklist has been taken from the book "Scarred Souls," by Tracey Alderman. I have put it here because it may be useful to many people out there.
"You can use the following checklist to help determine how ready you are to end [self-injury]. While it is not necessary that you meet all these criteria before stopping [SI], the more of these statements that are true for you before you decide to stop this behavior, the better."
