Need some advice

Hi I was just wanting to see if anyone had any advice for me. I am bipolar and am a self injurier and have been off and on for atleast 17 years. I am  now 29. Right now I am just having a really hard time. I am very anxious and depressed. My doctor is working with me on my medicines. I hate taking meds but I know that I need to take them and have been taking them like I am supposed to. If anyone has any advice I would be greatly appreciative. I am just so stressed. there has been alot happening in my life and in my past. I need to find a diffrent way to cope and I havent found that.
