“Sometimes life situations can push you to the edge, feeling alone, scared, not understood, and unable to reach out. There is a need to escape and at some point in your life, self harm became your outlet, a way to release your pain. This pain is your pain and together with peers you can learn alternative skills to deal with your hurt. This group will provide a safe and supportive environment needed to address your personal needs. If you are a parent or know someone with these feelings, please contact me today.”
