I scratch. I scratch my wrist until it is just about to bleed. i scratch with a sewing pin, but sometimes i use unfolded paperclips or even my fingernails, if they are sharp enough, and i am in a place where i can't scratch with anything else.

 

I have also started erasing, usually with pencil erasers. i normally erase if i am at schoool or i don't want anyone to know what i am doing.

 

a couple of times i have even put a lot of salt in my hand and held ice until it melts.
