My b/f threatened to never speak to me again if I didn't stop cutting. He of course can't offer an alternative for me to deal with the pain that I feel but he's given me this ultimatum. I would just leave 'cause I think that's unfair but he's a basket case himself and if I left he would do something stupid like drop out of school or something to get back at me.
If you're interested in sharing poetry, artwork, personal/recovery stories, responses to questions about self-injury, short stories, articles, essays, opinion pieces, links to your videos on Youtube, etc. then consider adding it to the site. You do not have to be a member (though to add blog posts you do). It is not strictly limited to self-injury but can also be about related mental health issues you're struggling with or have struggled with in the past (mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, etc.).
