Before, I feel really depressed and overwhelmed. During, I feel better and for a couple of minutes after I feel better, but eventually I just feel worse than I did in the first place.

Before i SH i feel a variety

Before i SH i feel a variety of emotions, any negative one. And then i feel like i have to do it, and when i know im going to do it, however twisted this sounds, i feel slightly excited.
During SH it feels nice, i only concentrate on this and it doesnt hurt. and then immediately after i feel relief and calm. its such a nice feeling.
Then a little while later, i feel like such a freak, and when i see my cuts i feel pathetic for doing it again and i cant stand myself, and i dont understand why i had to do it. and then it happens again. its messed up.
