Before it's like I'm in a tunnel, I can't concentrate on anything and I'm a bit nervous. During i still feel like I'm not really doing it, it's not really where I am, like a dream or something. When the pain comes and I have to deal with the more practical things, like stopping the blood and clean up it becomes more real and afterwards I can go on and do whatever I want.
