Tue, 2010-08-10 11:17 — blankandbleedingI scratch. I scratch my wrist until it is just about to bleed. i scratch with a sewing pin, but sometimes i use unfolded paperclips or even my fingernails, if they are sharp enough, and i am in a place where i can't scratch with anything else.
I have also started erasing, usually with pencil erasers. i normally erase if i am at schoool or i don't want anyone to know what i am doing.
a couple of times i have even put a lot of salt in my hand and held ice until it melts.
How Do You Self-Injure?
Fri, 2010-05-07 02:12 — NagizumaI do it in all kind of ways:
I cut, using razors, rakes, scalpels, even cutted cans, all things I can see that has cutting edges.
I have also used needles, staples, pins, etc.
I have punched myself, or going against the walls or the floor.
But I love fire. I like burning, with cigars, lighters, hot objects, etc.
I also have drink toxic stuff.

Tue, 2010-03-30 22:03 — AnonymousWhen I started I used glass. But then I got this fear that if I cut with glass a little peice would get in my skin so I can't do it that way anymore. Now I only use metal. Like razors. Right now I only use a little razor I took out of a pencil sharpener.

Fri, 2009-04-03 23:33 — GabrielleMostly cutting with a razor or with a sharp butcher knife. I've tried burning a few times, but it isn't as good because there's no blood. I used to do scratching, and sometimes pinching.

Fri, 2009-04-03 23:33 — GabrielleCutting...I hit myself on stuff sometimes, I've kicked through glass to see what it would do and make it seem like an accident...when I was little I would climb up on top of really tall stuff and jump off.

Fri, 2009-04-03 23:33 — GabrielleThe main thing I do is burn myself with matches or the metal top of lighters. I also cut myself with razor blades once in a while. When there are other people around or no other "tools" I scratch the same place on my arms until there is no skin and they bleed. I have also hit myself--that's what I first did...\nhitting myself with belts and other things, as well as just punching or smacking myself.

Fri, 2009-04-03 23:33 — GabrielleMostly I use the serrated blade on my pocket knife. Or the regular one. I haven't used razors, yet. I started last year with taking a push pin and digging it along my wrist, but that's not so effective anymore. When I'm at school I use my pen cap or my nails or whatever and scratch, my wrist, the back of my hand, whatever I can.

Fri, 2009-04-03 23:33 — GabrielleI usually cut with a blade I took off of a pencil sharpener, sometimes glass, and sometimes pins. If i feel like I need to cut in school i'll take my compus from my geometry kit and go to the washroom and cut or use my nails or teeth. Sometimes when i'm really frustrated I'll pierce my skin all the way through (like my ears) with a saftey pin.

Fri, 2009-04-03 23:33 — GabrielleI scratch my arms with bits of glass and stuff. And I have recently found a metal toothed comb that leaves really cool marks on my chest.
