I normally just use a kitchen knife from the knife block. Like those expensive ones that are suppost to be "Super sharp". And at school I take bobby pins out of my hair and pull the rubber bit at the end of it off and cut my wrists with it, or I bash my head against the side of the wall in the bathroom.
If you're interested in sharing poetry, artwork, personal/recovery stories, responses to questions about self-injury, short stories, articles, essays, opinion pieces, links to your videos on Youtube, etc. then consider adding it to the site. You do not have to be a member (though to add blog posts you do). It is not strictly limited to self-injury but can also be about related mental health issues you're struggling with or have struggled with in the past (mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, etc.).
