I've been self harming since

I've been self harming since i was 7. I was raped when i was 3 and a half up until the age of 16. Im 20 now. Been hospitalised around 30 times for overdoses, attempted hangings, cuttin, burning, attempting to throw myself infront of a train. although my abuse stopped at 16, my emotional abuse and physical abuse still continued. I had my daughter at 18, and i calmed my life down. Until around 6 months ago when my husband and baby father hanged himself. I too love writing. Poetry is my favourite. not about autumn days or sunshine, but deep emotional feelings. 2 weeks ago, social services removed my daughter from my care for NO reason but at risk of future emotional harm. I feel like ending it every minute of every day and to set my broken spirit free, and wondered what advice u have 4 me?? please email me at timezatuk2 [dot] net if you have any spare time to give your thoughts views and opinions. I would just like to say congradulations on the one month mark. I have been there. I am glad that you have the support of your mother. Dont give up. I still have my slip ups and moments but the improtant thing to remember is that it does get better. Good luck
