    DOCUmentary about Cutting and Carving

    • I am part of a three-person award-winning filmmaking team. We are hoping to make an honest, empathetic, non-judgemental and non-exploitative documentary film about cutting and carving, to be shown on a major network. The goals would be to shatter societal misconceptions, myths and to help raise awareness.  To shed light and truth on a previously dark subject and to possibly empower those brave enough to share their stories; and to help those who may be suffering in silence.

We are hoping to speak to males and females 13-25*** who are currently cutting or carving, struggling with cutting or just recently in recovery to share their stories with us.  If you are interested, please contact me with any information you feel comfortable sharing. I will be more than happy to answer any questions, provide you with our credentials at that time. Our films have spanned issues from transgender relationships, children with bipolar disorder, addition and many many more subjects.  We try to approach each topic responsibly, empathetically and non judgementally. We value our subjects and appreciate their bravery in coming forward on difficult and sensitive topics.

We are hoping to find 3-6 people to film.  For more information please go to our website www.qballproductions.com

please contact me at this site or at nknox1atverizon.net and then I will contact you by regular e-mail.

**if selected and you are under 18, a parent or guardian will have to agree to let you participate
