01/02/2011 - Happy New Year, Points, Approved Posts, CAPTCHA

    • I know it’s late but a Happy New Year to all of you, members and guests a like. :)

The points system is being wonky so it doesn’t always move users up to the right level once they hit the right amount. I’m seeing if there will be a fix or if something is wrong with the settings.

For now, if you have 12 or more points and don’t have settings to set the blogs to published or don’t have a chat bar message me. Same if you have 40 or more points and don’t have settings to set creativity items to published.

If you publish something you really only need to do it once. It likely won’t show unless it’s a blog (and have the right amount of points) or (if you have over 40 points) creativity items because I look over items in other sections and see that they’re presentable and such.

The exception is around 12am-12:10am and 2am-2:10am. Backups and such are happening then so things tend to be unusable.

I also tend to be slower on publishing media-type stuff since sometimes it’s already there and then I’ll integrate new info or need to research extra info like episode titles/numbers or an IMDB link.

Also, if you’re a registered member and are getting a CAPTCHA that means you haven’t validated your account. Message me. :)
