This is a confidential weekly support group for individuals (age 16+ years) who self harm or who have self harmed to get support and information about self harm. It runs on Thursdays, 2:00pm-3:00pm and it is an open group; people can come to the group as often or as little as they like and can come or leave any time during a session.

Anyone is welcome, whether they are still self harming or not. Individuals are free to drop-in or call beforehand.

N-Compass North West provide free counselling support to young people aged 11-18 years who are self-harming or engaging in self-destructive behaviour living in Fylde, Wyre and Lancaster districts. 

The Butterfly Project supports young women aged 11-18 years who are self-harming or engaging in self-destructive behaviour and the Phoenix Project supports young men aged 11-18 years who are self-harming or engaging in self-destructive behaviour.
