  1. Runs a self-harm support group for women: The group meets fortnightly and provides a safe space for women to positively explore emotional issues around self injury. Group is alternate Thursdays 6pm till 7.30pm
  2. Young Persons Advisory Service

    Offers advice on a number of issues, including mental health. It also has a housing advisor and a welfare benefits advisor. Free counselling is also available. YPAS also has a drop-in for young people on Monday to Thursday from 1pm to 4pm, and Fridays from 12 noon to 3pm. There are a variety of workshops and discussions, as well as sessions (i.e. art activities and games sessions). Has a self-harm support group.

Welcome to self-injury.net. We are a support community for self-harmers and also provide information on self-harm, creative works, media lists, lists of resources (helplines, textlines, mental health apps, therapists, etc.), etc. We focus on self-injury but a number of other mental health issues are included.
