Yes, I have been hospitalized twice.

    •        Yes, I have been hospitalized for self injury. The first time in 8th grade (when i was 13). That was the first time I told family about my cutting and my mom and step-dad took me to the emergency room at 11 pm at night. I spent the night there and in the morning I was transported via ambulance. I was inpatient/ outpatient for quite a while there. The second time in 10th grade (when i was 15). I attempted suicide, I took over 100 pain killers and multiple different kinds and some old prescription pills. I was barely 100 pounds, I am lucky I survived. I took the pills on a Thursday afternoon after school and i wasn’t woken until 7 the next morning. I had also cut my wrist moments before i blacked out. My parents almost left me in the morning to go to work but I slowly got out that I had over dosed and my parents rushed me to the hospital. I don’t remember much but they say my eyes were very dilated and when we arrived in the ER we were taken back almost immediately. I stayed in the ER for some time that morning. Later I was moved into the ICU (intensive care unit) and i stayed there for two or three days. After that they moved me into a room where stayed less than a day and then i was transported via ambulance and I stayed inpatient for 5 days.
